MYTHIASIN: Tentative Album Title Revealed

Vocalist Rick Mythiasin (STEEL PROPHET, MYTHIASIN, ALL IN VEIN) has issued the following update:

"Well, I've wrapped it up on tracking my vocals for the second time on our [MYTHIASIN] debut CD, I think it was a good idea re-track stuff, because it sounds so much better. Mark [Coglan] and Star [Coglan] have some guitars to track and then we need to work on an intro and then comes the real test of mixing this monster! I'll keep updating as we get near completion and news of what label we will go with. The title of the CD will probably be 'Watch as the World Dies'."

Mythiasin earlier in the year rejoined California metallers STEEL PROPHET.

In other news, Mythiasin's other band, Tucson, Arizona's ALL IN VEIN — which he joined in October 2006 — has posted two new songs on its MySpace page. Check out the tracks "Psychic Parasites" and "Long Way Home" at this location.

Mythiasin previously stated about ALL IN VEIN, "I feel like I've known these guys forever. Everything just clicks.

"We do a variation of covers to all the great artists in metal. We are covering bands such as PRIEST, DIO, SABBATH, QUEENSRŸCHE, AC/DC, MAIDEN, ALICE IN CHAINS, TOOL and many more! The list is growing all the time. We also are in the process of writing our originals. So far we are four songs into a masterpiece.

"The energy that we convey when we get together is astounding! I go into a trance and try to channel every singer I am covering. The result is pretty convincing, at least I think so."
